The Challenge
A site that didn't earn a worried family's trust
Legacy Homecare Group’s original site looked dated and, more importantly, gave worried families little reason to trust them. The headline focused on the company instead of the family, there was no social proof beyond a share counter, services were shown as plain photo labels, and the layout felt cluttered with scattered buttons.
The Solution
Rebuilt around one goal: help a family feel confident enough to call
We rebuilt the site around one goal: help a family feel confident enough to call. The headline now names the location and audience, real trust signals were added throughout, services expanded from four to seven with clear descriptions, and navigation was simplified to four items with one clear “Call Now” button.
Rewrote the headline to name the location and audience, improving clarity and search visibility
Added real trust signals — seniors served, healthcare partner badges, a Google review, and the AHCA license
Expanded services from four to seven, each with a clear description
Added a “Signs Your Loved One May Benefit from Additional Support” section to help families recognize when it’s time
Simplified navigation to four items and one clear “Call Now” button
Refreshed the whole look with a calm teal and gold palette, curved section dividers, and real breathing room
